It's our unique Market-Ready Ontology, a blend of various disciplines, processes, and techniques that work together to transform a home so it presents great, feels great, and connects the targeted buyer to the home. Every detail about a home is taken into consideration and then possible buyer objections are resolved. Everything from the curb to the back fence, including repair issues, out-of-date aspects, street noises, views (or lack of), and furnishing arrangements are all considered. We then work extensively with our Realtor clients in determining List Price, Photos, Verbiage and effective marketing.
